Problemas con la sensibilidad a la presión al usar Photoshop CC 2014 y 2015 con tabletas Wacom (Windows) La actualización 2014 de Photoshop trajo consigo diversos cambios.
Uno de ellos, en el caso de Windows, fue el cambio de la API (interfaz de aplicación) WinTab, de Wacom, por Windows Ink. Esto significa que es ahora esta API de Microsoft la que se ocupa de la comunicación entre Photoshop y la información de la tableta. La buena noticia es que con este cambio, desaparece el problema del retraso o desfase al usar el ratón tras alternar entre tableta y ratón. La mala, que la presión al usar la tableta ha dejado de funcionarle a mucha gente. En mi experiencia en particular, he detectado que si configuro la tableta en modo absoluto (lápiz), a veces tengo presión y a veces no (sea una cosa u otra, parece quedar determinado en el momento de abrir Photoshop). Cuando desarrollé el panel de herramientas de ilustración para Photoshop: AD Artbox, puse mucho cuidado en seleccionar las mejores y mas imprescindibles herramientas, era una necesidad personal, y no por nada sigue siendo mi primer elección a la hora de trabajar (¡y lo utilizan en Disney!) , pero era demasiado lo que quedaba afuera así que reorganicé todos los pinceles que he ido creando y de la primer selección salió ese fantástico set llamado "The Cartoonist Brushes", ideal para historietistas y dibujantes que buscan pinceles profesionales para entintar, y como yapa incluí una selección de mis viejos pinceles para emular aguadas y/o acuarelas en Photoshop.
