I was on the M5 highway yesterday, at the dreaded intersection where the M5 climbs onto the N1. Every Cape Town resident knows that people cut in at the end of the intersection so that they don’t have to wait in line. It's already enough that they cut in front, but what really gets me going is when a traffic official is driving right next to me and some oke cuts in front of the traffic on a solid line, and the traffic official just carries on driving without a care in the world.
