每隔一段時間,我都會想要改變或調整一些作息習慣 ,這與其說是刻苦鍛鍊般的修身養性,不如說只是想要換換不同的生活況味。例如之前有一陣子,我喜歡上班前坐到咖啡館裡吃早餐上網;又或者後來有一陣子我要求自己每天晚上睡前寫一篇部落格;還是最近我會要求自己晚上累了就睡,不可熬夜,然後練習清晨五六點自然醒,接著看看那天的天氣、心情,去做一件自己喜歡的事情再出門。
