EN VINGT DEUX SEMAINES ont été réalisés les éléments suivants : fondations, plancher, murs porteurs, charpente, isolants, garage, isolants intérieurs (murs et plafond), bardages en DOUGLAS, terrasse, fenêtres, la cellule technique, distributions électriques & plomberie, plafonds, cloisons intérieures, la couverture, les étanchéités, les brise-soleil oriantables devant les menuiseries extérieures, les sols intérieurs et les appareils sanitaires. Ce délai très court démontre l’efficacité de la préfabrication so’BOIS : qualité de fabrication > précisions des assemblages > performances thermiques > chantier propre à faible nuisance.
