AgoraVox is a French website of news powered by volunteers and non-professional writers, created by Carlo Revelli and Joël de Rosnay in March 2005, offering items by single or multiple writers. AgoraVox was one of the first citizen journalism website in France, and is similar to the community sites L'Echo du Village (1998) and Indymedia ( 1999 ).
