Pas que je n’y croie pas, mais au contraire parce que l’importance et le potentiel de la fonction est tellement impressionnant qu’il ne faut ni le dévoyer ni traiter le sujet par dessus la jambe. Qu’on parle de community management interne ou externe, il y a des enjeux, contraintes et risques dont il faut être conscient pour ne pas passer à coté du sujet. Il faut reconnaitre qu’on lit tout et n’importe quoi sur le sujet et que je pense que le risque est réel de voir le concept passer à la trappe pour excès de charlatanisme. Il y a à mon avis plusieurs choses à avoir en tête :
