Una vez que entendí de donde venía y el sufrimiento que implicaba consumir carnes o derivados animales empecé a investigar como vivir sin esos productos. Eso me llevó a investigar mucho, y cuando digo mucho realmente quiero decir mucho. Esa búsqueda de años la puedo dividir en varios caminos: Por un lado averiguar que estoy comiendo, de donde sale, que implica su producción, cual es su origen. Fui descubriendo muchas prácticas de la industria para nada santas, ingredientes que parecían inocuos que te hacen mal, o que llegan desde orígenes poco éticos... mucho info que no nos la cuentan, que es desagradable, pero que es necesario saber para abrir los ojos. Por otro lado empecé a averiguar que tengo que comer para estar saludable. Otro cosa fue preguntarme que tengo que comer para que sea rico, y por ese lado viene este blog y también caramelos de lima.
