In September 2008, Blue Rock Station Intern Nans Thomassey and his best friend Guillaume left France with the intention of hitchhiking around the world. With little more than the clothes on their back, a bit of water and a couple hundred dollars (Euros, actually) - they headed off on a three- year adventure.
It’s the most famous hike in South America – perhaps the world – and a must-do, life-changing experience. Hiking the Inca Trail through the Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu is both arduous and awe-inspiring.
Despite years of neglect, I think we're on track for a serious website redesign this year. We have a basic mockup, and a plan, and have even engaged an experienced designer as a "coach". Member Josh Miller has kindly agreed to push this forward.
