Kenwood House will be closed until Autumn 2013 for major works, including urgent repairs to the roof and the exterior of the neo-classical house and a major re-presentation of the Robert Adam interiors. The beautiful grounds around Kenwood and its cafe will remain open for visitors. So come and enjoy a tasty lunch in the Brew House followed by a walk on Hampstead Heath. A small exhibition providing further information about the work being carried out on the house will be located in Mansion Cottage. If you are interested in supporting the project, please contact the Development Department on 020 7973 3797 or email foundation@english-heritage.org.uk
