O n October 23, 1990, David Pologruto, a high school physics teacher, was stabbed by his smart student Jason Haffizulla. Jason was not a teenager you think would try to kill someone. He got straight A’s and was determined to study medicine at Harvard, yet this was his downfall.
In 1940, Europe - and the world - stood on the brink of a precipice. The armies of Hitler's third Reich had stormed across Europe at record speed, all the nations of Western Europe falling before them. Only the Britain remained defiant in the face of the Nazi war machine. And the future looked bleak for Britain - massively outnumbered by the military might of the Nazis. Certain voices in Britain called for appeasement, and for a deal to be made with Hitler. Such a deal would have changed the face of the world.

Although often considered treatment for childhood speech and language issues, speech therapy is sometimes recommended for adults. Adult speech therapy is a part of recovery programs for many illnesses, and may be used to help manage conditions that affect speech, language, eating or swallowing . When choosing an adult speech therapy program, a variety of different settings and treatment options exist depending on diagnosis.
