Australian Curriculum: Business and Economics. Australian Curriculum: Business and Economics Consultation The Business Educators Australasia (BEA) Council meeting for 2011/2012 was held in Melbourne June 4 and 5 and marked a significant occasion. The meeting was addressed by two senior officers from the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) in what was the beginning of an important ongoing conversation with BEA as ACARA commences the development of the Australian curriculum for economics and business education.
