Colonies are the method in which players interact with planets via Planetary Interaction . Colonies are established by procuring a Command Center the same type as the planet, and landing it on the planet. Doing so will allow you to build other buildings, and link them together for the purpose of mining the raw resources of the planet and producing goods from them.

Wormholes are space anomalies that are like rifts in space, connecting two separate locations. Like stargates, they allow the travel of ships from one system to another. Unlike stargates, wormholes are not permanent. They connect two systems for only a short time, and collapse when too much time has passed, or too much mass has passed through them. Wormholes can connect two systems quite far from each other, and can provide temporary shortcuts to areas that would otherwise take many jumps to get to. Wormholes can also connect to uncharted space, or wormhole space.• The purpose of this guide is to take players who know little or nothing about Wormholes (also referred to as W-spaces and holes) or POS setup and defense to the point of being able to select, move in and stay in their Wspace. • Wormhole tactics will also be covered and will include information on how to take advantage of your island among the stars. It will not cover full explanations on how the game mechanics allow or will not allow certain things to happen as that would make the guide too vague or bloated to be useful. • It is not the intent of this guide to explain all the details about the numerous menus and submenus of POSs themselves but rather the strengths and weaknesses of various POS modules and why they work or do not work for wormholes. • This guide will work for any wormhole class, but it is generally written for a Class 4 Wspace or higher.

After efforts to sell the company fell through and after much deliberation this seems to be the best course of action. As the first livestreaming portal for gamers own3D had a turbulent start with unexpected growth. We have tried to drive the company into profitability but due to the capital intensive nature of our industry and increasing competition, we have not been able to reach sustainability despite our best efforts. This is a difficult decision for all of us at own3D given the impact it will have on partners who have helped build this business.
