Enjoy a day out browsing the markets, pick up some bargains and have some tasty food and drink at Deal Deal Town Council has been looking into ways to revitalise and refresh the Wednesday Market one idea being considered is to move the Wednesday Market to Friday’s. Of course there is now a monthly market held in the Landmark on Fridays so to avoid being in direct competition it is suggested that the council’s market has the first Friday of the month is a craft market with the others being a Produce and Plant market to give them a clear identity. The traders have been advised of this proposal by letter and asked to send their ideas and comments in to council, if any members of the public also have suggestions please contact the Town Clerk at the address above.
