Mozilla Firefox. Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych was declared the most powerful person of Ukraine in a rating drawn up by the Korrespondent Maganzine, with the president improving his rating by two positions since last year.
Yanukovych last topped the rating in 2007, after which he gave up first position to former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma and ex-Premier Yulia Tymoshenko for two years, Korrespondent's Political Editor Andriy Smirnov said at a presentation of the rating in Kyiv on Thursday. Members of the Regions Party – the richest Ukrainian, businessman Rinat Akhmetov and Head of the Presidential Administration Serhiy Liovochkin – took the next to places on the list. Their party-mates from the government – Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, First Vice Premier Andriy Kliuyev and Vice Premier Borys Kolesnikov – hold the fourth, fifth and the sixth positions of the rating, correspondingly.
