European business exchange programme - Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs. In-Service Training - Grundtvig. The Grundtvig programme was part of the European Union’s Lifelong Learning Programme from 2007-2013. It supported individuals and organisations involved in non-vocational adult education to participate in European training activities and projects. The Grundtvig programme has now been replaced by Erasmus+, the new European funding programme for education, training, youth and sport. New funding opportunities for adult education can be found on the Erasmus+ UK website. Running your project Your Grundtvig project or training activity starts the moment you begin to develop your aims and objectives and start building a relationship with your partner, host or participants. Managing your grant Every individual or organisation that receives Grundtvig funding needs to complete a report which is linked to the final payment of your grant.

The four weeks following the classroom based course will be devoted to the e-learning based course that the participants will attend from their own workplaces The structure of the e-learning course is similar to that of a Power Point presentation with the possibility of accessing more in-depth information relating to a particular slide and attachments containing reference material.

On each slide of the e-learning course there is the possibility of asking questions to the on-line tutor by simply clicking on the button ”Questions?” Which automatically open up an e-mail window where it is possible to send a question directly to the tutor. The check of the competencies acquired at distance is made submitting a test to each course participant at the beginning of the distance course. At the end of the distance course, a new test is made, in order to measure the differential between the competences of each participant at the beginning and at the end of the course.
