September 27th, 2012 by Elli Goetz The appeal hearing in the Case is scheduled to take place on 30 October 2012 at 9:00 am in Courtroom I. On 6 September 2011 Momcilo Perisic, a former Chief of the General Staff of the Yugoslav Army, was sentenced to 27 years of imprisonment.
