{macramé: half knot spiral} washer & wingnut bracelet

http://www.minieco.co.uk/macrame-half-knot-spiral-washer-wingnut-bracelet/ By Kate on October 25, 2011 H ello there! I finally got around to posting after a hectic few weeks. I’ve been working on a big project which is all done and dusted now so I will be making more frequent updates between now and Christmas…phew!
http://ultimatepapermache.com/paper-mache-clay I recently developed a new recipe for a sculptural material I call “paper mache clay.” This material is so easy to use and so easy to make that I now use it exclusively for all my paper mache sculptures. It might be a bit more accurate to call this material “home-made air-dried cellulose-reinforced polymer clay,” but that’s way too hard to say (or type!)

Song Lyric Wall Art / D.I.Y. Project

http://abeautifulmess.typepad.com/my_weblog/2011/08/song-lyric-wall-art-diy-project.html A couple weeks ago, I found a paint-by-number at an unbeatable price. I can't pass these things up even though I already owned this particular design. I thought that I could maybe use it to make a fun D.I.Y., but my new rule is that all thrifts that I purchase with the intent of restyling need to get done right away. I have way too many half finished projects in my life.

diy scratch off cards

{ scratch off save the date cards by martha stewart via how about orange? } this diy project instantly took me back to my childhood. i used to love (ok, still do) scratch off cards. there’s just something about the unknown, and the excitement of scratching off that silver paint to see what’s revealed underneath. http://www.goinghometoroost.com/2011/diy-craft-projects/diy-scratch-off-cards/
Good Morning darlings...Hope you have a fabulous day today!! With the use of GPS there is really not much use to all those maps we collected through out time...but somehow I have a hard time throwing them away. How about this lovely way of repurposing them?? I think they are super cute for a corridor to the kids room, or a small side wall!!
