My husband and I live in an old house (100 years next year). We bought it from his parents, and it’s where he grew up til he was about 10 years old. There’s a history that’s special to his family, but also as with any older home, a history from all the families that have lived here in the past. We’ve done some things to update the house, including our biggest renovation, the basement. It’s been transformed from an old limestone dungeon into a beautiful, bright work space for my floral design business, emmy-ray.
