This text was included as a appendix in Reginald Scot's 'Discoveries of Witchcraft' This text though was written by a unknown author about 75 years after the original printing of the 'Discoveries..'. "A Discourse Concerning Devils and Spirits' was written by a person who favored magic himself seemingly a practitioner though no information on the author is left.
