Free Binaural Beats Free Binaural Beats Photo by Gisela Giardino Due to the number of similar lists online that are total crap, I am making what I call the… No Bullshit List of Free Binaural Beats. Engaging in a relaxing activity such as reading, meditation, yoga, or listening to music, before going to bed, can help you to get a good night sleep. Perform this activity in a dimly lit, stress-free environment. Try to schedule your activity to take place at the same time every day. A regular routine helps to promote quality sleep. 5 minutes of breathing exercises before bedtime will help reduce stress. Take slow, deep breaths, through your nose and deep into your abdomen (rather than your chest).

Brainwave entrainment is creating binaural beats to cause your brainwaves to move towards a specific frequency. Human brainwaves are most often found between 0 and 30Hz. Since the human ear is not capable of hearing these frequencies they must be simulated. This is where binaural beats come in. Brainwave Entrainment for Lucid Dreams

L’amplitude est la puissance de l’impulsion électrique, mesurée en microvolt. Les Ondes ALPHA Les Ondes ALPHA
