To do this we utilize the Firefly streaming server which will scan your ReadyNas for music files and will transcode the files to a proper format for iTunes to play them. Firefly will also allow you to create smart playlists by screening your files by multiple categories such as artist, genre, year, and even track number. To enable the iTunes server in FrontView you will need to navigate to Services à Streaming Services and check the box to enable iTunes streaming server and click apply.Next you will need to click on the link that appears in the iTunes Streaming server section, this will take you directly to the Firefly control panel.
