For best results, it is best to do it in a quiet and private space and working through a list of fears you have written beforehand. Sit or lie down comfortably with your back straight and close your eyes.

Le marquis Alessandro Striggio (I) (né en 1537 ou 1538 à Mantoue et mort le dans cette même ville) est un instrumentiste et compositeur italien de la Renaissance. La page de titre de ses publications le mentionne comme gentilhuomo mantovano, un gentilhomme de Mantoue ; il semble qu'il ait été le fils naturel d'un noble de Mantoue qui l'aurait désigné légataire universel en 1547, lui assurant fortune et titre[1]. Striggio jouit en effet d’un rang social assez élevé pour que Cosme Ier de Toscane, duc de Florence, l’envoie comme émissaire à la cour d’Angleterre en 1567. Plus tard, il fut fait marquis et, à sa mort, il était grand chancelier de la cour des Gonzague à Mantoue[2]. Alessandro Striggio. Life[edit] Striggio senior was born in Mantua, evidently to an aristocratic family.
Records of his early life are sparse, but he must have gone to Florence as a young man. He began working for Cosimo de' Medici on 1 March 1559 as a musician, eventually to replace Francesco Corteccia as the principal musician to the Medici court. In 1560 he visited Venice, and produced two books of madrigals in response to the musical styles he encountered there.[2] In 1567 the Medici sent him on a diplomatic mission to England.
Throughout the 1560s Striggio composed numerous intermedi for the Medici, for weddings, visits, and other state occasions. During the 1580s he began an association with the Este court in Ferrara.
