Ziploc Omelette

http://www.meninaprons.net/archives/2006/05/ziploc_omelette.html I have served Ziploc Omelettes now for the last 5 months...you can really vary the recipe, however, you can also take a thin slice apples, add brown sugar and cinnamon, and boil it until the apples are soft, and pour over ice cream..or eat as is..quick little treat to take camping...yes the top of the bags do seem to melt...if you spell ZIPLOCOMELETTE, you will notice the middle says LOCO ME, yes, for not using this way to cook eggs all the time...
