The ingredients are: Wholegrain Cereals [Oats (69%), Wheat (6%)], Sugar, Almonds (5%), Golden Syrup, Glucose Syrup (Wheat), Malt Extract (Barley), Wheat Flour, Salt, Flavour, Sunflower Oil, Wheat Bran, Honey, Wheat Starch, Acidity Regulator (Trisodium Phosphate), Colour (Annatto), Wheat Germ. Per serving (40g) is 680kJ I don't want to gain any weight from it though .. . I wouldnt recommend it for weight loss… what if you try making your own granola, with rolled oats, nuts, coconut flakes, and adding fresh fruit, like blueberries. The Fit Miss. SWEAT. A healthy new beginning

My weight stayed the same. I think this is the first Christmas I didn’t gain weight, so happy. I haven’t worked out in a week and a half and probably won’t get to until after this weekend because I injured my leg, but i’m so happy it hasn’t affected my weight negatively :) hope all of you are enjoying the holidays!
