What is this? This is a transcription of the entire Pink Floyd album Dark Side of the Moon for the Nintendo Entertainment System. No expansion chips were used; this album works entirely within the limitations of the standard North American NES. I started it back in December of 2006. I worked really hard for a couple weeks then, but only got about halfway through the album, so I kept it on the shelf.

Miegakure: A puzzle-platforming game in four dimensions
Miegakure is a platform game where you explore the fourth dimension to solve puzzles. Our world is three-dimensional : width, depth, and height . But what if there was a fourth physical dimension that we cannot see, in addition to the other three? This game is about exploring the consequences of being able to move in four spatial dimensions . It plays like a regular three-dimensional platformer, but at the press of a button one of the dimensions is exchanged with the fourth dimension, allowing for four-dimensional movement.
I started blogging ten years ago tomorrow–January 1st, 2001–with a quote from Parappa the Rapper, a welcome to my newborn niece, and the default Blogger theme . I wasn’t a very good blogger , but in 2001, who was? I’d make all these little placeholder posts, with the idea of going back and finishing them later. Heh.
