World's Best Peanut Butter Cookies, Chef Chuck Kerber World’s Best Peanut Butter Cookies Creamy Peanut Butter Serves 8-10 Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter ½ cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 large eggs 2 ¼ cups unbleached flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon kosher salt Directions: Place the peanut butter, butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Peanut Butter, Sugars, Vanilla, and Butter Peanut Butter Cookie Mixture Add Eggs, Mix Thoroughly Sift the flour with the baking soda and salt. Using a scooper, place round balls of the dough on a baking sheet covered with a silpat, or wax paper, 1.5 inches apart. The Londoner: Slutty Brownies Now I don’t want to over sell this, so I’m going to be conservative and simply say, that these are… The Best Brownies In The WORLD. I know, big statement. They’re called Slutty Brownies because they’re oh so easy, and more than a little bit filthy. They’re best served warm from the oven, with good quality vanilla ice cream (devastatingly I didn’t have any in the freezer this time, so I guess I’ll just have to make them again). They take about 45mins to make, including baking time. The ultimate comfort food, whipped up within the hour. You will need… 1 Box of cookie mix, 1 Box of brownie mix, 2 Eggs, 2 Packs of Oreos (double stuffed ones are even better if you can find them) Some oil & your favourite ice-cream (optional) Preheat your oven to 350F, 180C, gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper. Squidge (technical term) the cookie dough into a lined baking tray, until it covers the bottom. Cover this layer with your Oreos. Mix up your brownie batter. & pour over your Oreos. Bake for 30mins.

Watermelons: Nature's Keg Still pumping your watermelons full of rum? What is this, summer camp? It’s time to grow up and start converting your watermelons into kegs. The instructions for the Watermelon Keg come from none other than the National Watermelon Promotion Board—which surprisingly is an actual thing. Essentially you slice off a thin layer from the bottom end, slice open the top, scoop out the meat (or liquefy with booze), and jam a spigot in the front. Materials Instructions Wash the watermelon under cool running water and pat dry.On a cutting board, place the watermelon on its side and cut off 1/4”-1/2” from both ends, being careful not to cut too deep into the white part of the rind.
