I find the user interfaces are neither intuitive or helpful when problems arise. It's a confusing combination of website, desktop app, and reader, and not all functions are accessible from all platforms, it seems. None of the platforms are clearly organized to make various functions easy to find and access. It can take hours to figure out how to delete a book from your reader, or even eject -- and good luck finding any kind of user guide for it. When It's working it's great, with adjustable fonts for when you forget your reading glasses, but it's buggy and awkward.
