Pubblicare RSS su Twitter e Facebook con IFTT Oggi vi proponiamo una semplice guida su come pubblicare i propri feed RSS (del nostro blog, sito, o altro) su Facebook e Twitter. Però potrete usare questa guida anche per pubblicare altri contenuti su altri social network (come Instagram su Twitter, RSS su LinkedIn, Facebook su Twitter, Dropbox su Google Drive, ecc.). Però noi useremo come “cavie” Facebook e Twitter, dove vorremo pubblicare i nostri RSS, attraverso il servizio IFTTT che nonostante sia abbastanza giovane ed ancora in beta è davvero ottimo. Registrazione Primo passo da compiere è quello di iscriversi su IFTTT.com, andate quindi sul sito, cliccate su “Join In”, inserite UserName, email e password e completate tutte le procedure. Recipes Una volta registrati vi ritroverete nella “Dashboard” da dove potrete controllare un po’ tutto. In due giorni davvero pieni e intensi (ne racconta Nicola Bonora qui) io e Gianluca Diegoli abbiamo cercato di trasmettere "i fondamentali", ma anche di far vedere, in modo estremamente concreto, esempi e strumenti utili da subito; IFTTT è una delle cose che mi sono rimaste "sulla punta della lingua" e non ho fatto in tempo a raccontare a voce.] IFTTT è un piccolo (e geniale) strumento che aiuta a velocizzare e automatizzare una serie di operazioni che, normalmente, dovremmo ricordarci di svolgere manualmente. se succede questo (IF This), allora fai quest’altro (Then That) Possiamo ad esempio fare in modo che Fantastico!
