The naughty princess creando 100hex Antes de irse de vacaciones los alumnos de 4º ESO que cursan TIC han estado creando sus propios 100Hex. 100Hex es un proyecto iniciado en 2017 por María Loureiro, autora del blog tecnología.org, en el que se propuso imprimir 100 hexágonos con los que componer la decoración de una pared de su cuarto. Formulado como reto en la Open Source HardWare Demonstration del 2017, hoy en día cuenta con cientos de diseños diferentes. Se trata de crear hexágonos de 60 mm de lado y 2 mm de altura con cierta decoración interior. En este caso, se le pidió a los alumnos que buscaran una imagen apropiada de su gusto, la cual tratarían con el propósito de incluirla dentro del hexágono. Para facilitarles el proceso, se les recomendó que buscaran stencils con fondo transparente (formato png) en los que ninguna parte del dibujo quedase “suelta”. A continuación debían vectorizar la imagen de su elección con el programa Inkscape. En caso de duda, podéis ver aquí un pequeño vídeo de como hacerlo.
