Monday morning marks the start of the Tone It Up 2014 Bikini Series challenge. It’s eight weeks of morning and evening workouts created by two awesome trainers, Karena and Katrina. While prepping for the start of the series, I realize that it has now been one full year since I discovered Tone It Up. Not only did I want to share my excitement for the upcoming challenge, but this seemed like a good time to reflect on my progress over the past year. I originally started the Tone It Up program very casually – maybe 2-3 workouts per week. I went back and forth on doing it regularly and did not become disciplined with it until the fall. My goals with Tone It Up are not based around weight loss. The benefits don’t stop there. If these are the results I’ve seen after one year, and only a few months of being truly committed to the program, I’m very excited about the long-term benefits. Tomorrow is the start of the 2014 Bikini Series and I cannot wait!
