Callum Bamford When I graduate, the additional experiences I have gathered should give me a much better chance of securing a desirable job in an industry that is rapidly expanding and diversifying. “I have really enjoyed my Web Systems Development course as not only does it provide skills in website design and development, it also includes a range of key business areas which will undoubtedly enhance your employability. During the course you also have the chance to take part in a variety of commercial projects which give you the opportunity to work alongside leading industry professionals. These work-based experiences have been a key factor in developing my practical skills and knowledge and have enabled me to start a part-time web design business (www.dezignaweb.co.uk) around my studies. I am constantly looking to develop my web design/development portfolio, and it’s great to be able to utilise the skills you learn on your degree and put them to use in a professional capacity.
