Quand je navigue sur internet et les réseaux sociaux, je retrouve avec plaisir la trace de nombreux anciens stagiaires des formations PNL, mais je suis souvent surpris par la rareté des références à leurs formations PNL. L’égo, frein majeur à l’intelligence collaborative Une étude récente a montré que le travail de groupe “affaiblit la créativité et les capacités intellectuelles”. Ça n’est pas une surprise, car les conditions habituelles du travail collectif génèrent davantage de craintes que de confiance mutuelle, libérant au passage toutes les expressions lourdingues de l’égo, frein majeur au travail collaboratif. La presse s’est emparée un peu vite de l’affaire avec un poil insuffisamment de nuance, et voue le travail collaboratif aux gémonies au profit d’un individualisme au blason soudainement redoré. Je m’étais agacée sur mon blog personnel (café-journal du 28 mars) de ces conclusions hâtives, en particulier dans l’Express, qui échouaient à poser les bonnes questions. Car il ne s’agit pas de dire “arrêtons de travailler à plusieurs” mais de réfléchir à: Qu’est qui, dans notre façon de travailler à plusieurs, génère des résultats aussi désastreux? Je profite de l’occasion pour revenir sur ce sujet et développer un peu ma pensée.

In any event, the relative complexity of different eras is of little matter to the person who is simply struggling to cope with it in everyday life. 1.
