Hallo !"Interessante" Statistik bei emsisoft.Ich habe meine damalige Subskription im Sommer 2004 zurückgegeben und auch mein Geld korrekt zurückerhalten, nachdem die damals zugesagten Features (ua. dieses IDS-System, was seit kurzem verfügbar ist) einfach nicht kommen wollten.Auch der emsisoft-support bei verdächtigen Spyware/Malwaresachen hat mich nie begeistert. Eine direkte Forums-Anfrage im November 2003 zu einem speziellen Trojan Backdoor wurde nie von Ihnen beantwortet, obwohl es in der Signaturliste aufgeführt wurde. Vor ca. einem Monat eine möglicherweise verdächtige exe (Dialer-Trojan-Kombination) bei emsisoft( submit@emsisoft.com ) eingesandt. Diese exe ebenfalls bei ewido.net eingesandt: innerhalb von 9 Stunden (und dies an einem Samstag!) So wünscht man sich das als User, daß man mit seinen Fragen und/oder möglichen Problemen ernst genommen wird und eine sachgerechte Information dazu erhält.Dieses Schweigen nervt mich stark.
