Map of Consciousness
A Powerful Framework For Your Personal Growth In this article, I’m very excited to share with you the map of consciousness, developed by Dr. David Hawkins in Power vs Force. This is the same map I alluded to in Are You Sleepwalking Your Life Away? Firstly, having the map of consciousness empowers us in knowing where we stand in our current state of growth. Secondly, this map lists all the different levels of consciousness attainable, thus serving as a critical framework for conscious living. For me, having this map of consciousness has been very helpful in identifying where I currently stand in my pursuit of growth, becoming more conscious of my reactions toward life events and what they represent, understanding the limitations of the level I am at and what I should do in order to further up my consciousness. Consciousness Defined What is consciousness actually? Being conscious is more than just being physically awake. Why Increase Your Consciousness Level? 17 Levels of Consciousness 1. 2.
How to Decalcify Your Pineal Gland (And Why It’s Really Important)
Last update: June 23, 2020 Travel deep into the center of your brain, and you’ll find a pinecone-shaped gland. The size of only a grain of rice, this tiny gland plays an essential role in how we sleep, perform, make decisions, and perceive reality. A healthy-functioning pineal is essential for psychological development, peak performance, and spiritual awakening. In this guide—part one of an epic 4-part series—we’ll explore what this gland does, why it generally doesn’t work properly, and how to restore it. Part 1: Decalcify Your Pineal Gland (You Are Here) Part 2: Pineal Gland Detox Part 3: Blocking Artificial Blue Light Part 4: Activate Your Pineal Gland What Does the Pineal Gland Do? The pineal gland acts as the body’s light meter. This tiny gland transmits information to the body about the length of daylight, commonly called circadian rhythm. In Light: Medicine of the Future, Jacob Liberman explains that the size of the pineal gland in animals varies depending on the animal’s location.

Russian scientist: "Consciousness directly influences our world"

Russian Scientist Unlocking the Mysteries of the Human AuraA Russian scientist is trying to convince people they can change the world simply by using their own energy. He claims that thinking in a certain way can have a positive or negative effect on the surrounding environment. 'We are developing the idea that our consciousness is part of the material world and that with our consciousness we can directly influence our world,' said Dr. Konstantin Korotkov, a professor of physics at St. Petersburg State Technical University. To bridge our understanding of the unseen world of energy, scientific experiments are being carried out using a technique called bioelectrophotography. The assumption is that we are constantly emitting energy. 'It looks like an aura – but I don't like this word because it has some metaphysical meaning – I prefer the word 'energy field,' Korotkov told RT.

Guide for the Wild Horse Mindfulness Meditation
We often hear from people who feel overwhelmed by stress, family, work and relationship problems, health challenges, and painful emotions. They’ve tried many approaches to help themselves feel better, but they just can’t seem to follow through, or what they’ve done hasn't helped them enough. If this sounds familiar, you know that it’s all too easy to become discouraged when you’re stuck. The good news: you can learn these important emotional skills, no matter your age or the obstacles you face. Skill building, like any learning, takes time and effort.
