International : Un trou géant au Guatemala après la Une maison de trois étages a été engloutie par la formation de cette cavité gigantesque dans le centre-ville de la capitale du Guatemala. La tempête Agatha, qui a frappé samedi les côtes du Guatemala et les pays voisins, a marqué de manière violente l'ouverture de la saison des cyclones dans la zone Pacifique. Les dégâts les plus importants ont été constatés à Guatemala city, où la séquelle la plus spectaculaire de cette tempête est un cratère profond de trente mètres. Sous la force des glissements de terrain, un immeuble de trois étages et un carrefour ont été engloutis pour laisser place à ce trou béant, appelé «doline». Aucun décès n'est à déplorer. Ce n'est pas la première fois que les habitants de Guatemala city assistent à cet étrange spectacle géologique. Le dernier bilan provisoire de la tempête tropicale fait état de 300 morts et disparus dans les trois Etats touchés : Salvador, Honduras et Guatemala.

Surtout depuis les débats (parfois houleux) qu’on a pu découvrir sur un précédent article : celui de la marque Epicure Paris. Les entrepreneurs de Epicure s’y faisaient bousculer, car ils ont eu l’honnêteté (ou le malheur, c’est selon) de se montrer transparents quant à leur chaîne de production (moutons en Australie, filage en Italie et tricotage en Chine). Fort de mes discussions avec des gens comme Ming Yin (Three Animals) et Thibaut Roblin (Epicure Paris) qui produisent totalement ou en partie en Chine… …et d’autres comme Vincent Louis Voinchet (La Comédie Humaine), Bertrand Urban (Duke & Dude), Maxime Van Rothem (Jacques & Déméter), Gilles Masson (Gilles M), Séverine Lahyani (Ly Adams) ou encore Déborah Neuberg (De Bonne Facture) qui se sont posés beaucoup de questions entre produire en France ou dans le reste de l’Europe, j’ai à présent un avis clair sur la question.
