Gender and Development Sub-Programme : Publications Since the establishment of the Gender and Development Desk at the CARICOM Secretariat there has engaged in public education through the preparation and publication of pamphlets, books and monographs on various aspects of women’s experiences in the Caribbean by various gender experts in the Region. These include: • A Framework and Recommendations for Action on Children Affected by Migration in the Caribbean (CARICOM/IOM/UNICEF, 2010) • Gender Equality in the Caribbean: Reality or Illusion / ed.
