Fitness nosolometro Should You Drink Milk? If you're like most people, you've been raised on cow's milk and probably continue to think that it's a healthy food that's a staple of the bodybuilding diet. Milk is inexpensive, tasty, rich in vitamins and minerals, and contains muscle-building protein. It is, simply, "nature's perfect food." If only this were true. If you believe the description of milk presented in the opening paragraphs of this article, then what I'm about to tell you will forever smash your long held views on cow's milk. Because, here's the truth: much of the cow's "milk" that's produced today isn't really milk at all, but is a toxic soup of harmful chemicals that will destroy your health. Read on if you want to know what you're really drinking every time you sit down for a glass of "milk." Milk production used to be time consuming and labor intensive, but today's farmer can collect more milk in less time than ever before. The bottom line? Appetite Diy Dried Apples Homemade dried apples are such an easy and inexpensive way to sneak more fruit into your diet. Of course, nothing beats a fresh, juicy apple, but I like dried apples for their portability and versatility. A little bag of apples can be slipped into a small purse for an anytime-snack, and they make a great topping for salads. They’re also a fantastic way to preserve a large bounty of apples through the winter. The idea came from the book How to Sew a Button by Erin Bried, and I modified the directions to fit my needs. Ingredients - apples - lemons - water Directions Slice as many apples as you would like into pieces 1/4″ thick or less. Soak the apples in a mixture of equal-parts lemon juice and water. After soaking, place the apples on a cake rack on top of a cookie sheet. The oven should be preheated to 140 degrees F, and the apples should remain in the oven for five hours. The apples should be flexible and bendy. Shake the jars every so often.

These Are the Five Repeating Home Maintenance Tasks You Probably Forget To Do This list is soooo incomplete. Washing machines need their hoses checked at least once a year - they can burst and make a mess. Dryers need extra lint cleaning at least once a year - don't want a fire. We have a bathroom that doesn't get used much. Our water softener has on-demand regeneration, and the damn thing is so efficient it's only every two months it needs another bag of salt. Bathroom fans could stand a once-a-year cleaning - with all the humidity and dust, they can really get gummed up. That's just the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
