USA Track & Field, the national governing body for distance racing, had just decided to ban athletes from using portable music players in order "to ensure safety and to prevent runners from having a competitive edge." Rais resolved to hide his iPod shuffle under his shirt. For some athletes and for many people who run, jog, cycle, lift weights and otherwise exercise, music is not superfluous—it is essential to peak performance and a satisfying workout. In the last 10 years the body of research on workout music has swelled considerably, helping psychologists refine their ideas about why exercise and music are such an effective pairing for so many people as well as how music changes the body and mind during physical exertion. Selecting the most effective workout music is not as simple as queuing up a series of fast, high-energy songs.

sommergarten für 150 gäste ist unser sommergarten ausgelegt. neben der tollen lage mit herrlichem ausblick unter schattigen bäumen werden wir sie mittags mit dem programm unserer küche (à la carte) verwöhnen und bieten ihnen werktags auch 2 täglich wechselnde, preiswerte tagesgerichte an. am nachmittag locken kaffee und kuchen. der sandkasten wird vor allem von kindern und deren eltern geschätzt. der verspielte pavillon sowei unsere strandkörbe schaffen eine besondere atmosphäre und laden zum plaudern, sinnieren und verweilen ein. unser sommergarten ist der clue für hochzeiten, andere private anlässe aber natürlich auch für geschäftliche essen oder betriebliche veranstaltungen aller art. wir können bis zu 150 gäste dort empfangen. hurra - der sommer in der nordsstadt ist da
feiern-hochzeiten-etc. feiern / hochzeiten in unserem sommergarten unter schattigen bäumen ist bei uns der clue. natürlich bieten wir Ihnen auch unser abtrennbares restaurant (ca. 30 personen) mit der kuscheligen turm-bar, das grand bistrôt oder auch das gesamte lokal mit bis zu 100 personen. wir zeigen Ihnen gerne unsere möglichkeiten Ihre feier (geburtstag, hochzeit, taufe, konfirmation, kommunion oder auch betriebsfeiern) auszurichten. für Ihre feier haben wir das geeignete ambiente und machen Ihnen gerne individuelle vorschläge. bitte wenden Sie sich an bernd hägele oder einen unserer servicemitarbeiter.
