Gnocchi Mac n' Cheese This takes comfort food to a whole new level…wow. I thought I was in love with Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese and then I was smitten with Ranch Mac and Cheese. But this dish…oh my goodness this is the one.The best mac n’ cheese I have ever had. The little gnocchi make this dish so light and airy and puffy….it’s just….well, there are no words. While making homemade gnocchi is on my culinary bucket list, I used good quality purchased gnocchi for this dishand it was still out of this world. Not to mention a time saver. You just have to try it, you must!!! We can’t wait to have this again. Preheat oven to 375o F. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Combine Gruyere and fontina, then add by the handful to milk mixture, stirring until melted before adding the next handful. Pour sauce over gnocchi and sprinkle with Parmigiano-Reggiano over top. Bake gnocchi until they puff and cheese is golden and bubbly, about 25 minutes. Let gnocchi rest for 5 minutes before serving. Directions

I'm sure this would be good with tomatoes from the grocery store. 18 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature 0r 1 1/2 loaves of bread dough 5 Tablespoons fresh, chopped basil1 1/2 cups shredded fresh Parmesan cheese1/2 cup olive oil2 teaspoons ground pepper, divided 4 cups medium tomatoes, chopped 1/4 teaspoon sugar Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Meanwhile, chop tomatoes and place in a colander to drain. Next combine basil, cheese, oil and 1 teaspoon of pepper in a small bowl. Remove plastic wrap from dough and spread with the basil mixture. Roll up jelly roll style (or sweet roll or even cinnamon roll style-whatever you call it at your house) and cut it into 12 equal pieces. Combine drained tomatoes, 1 teaspoon pepper and sugar and arrange evenly in the bottom of a sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Top with basil filled rolls.

Throw in stress eating and calls to dad, and it some how made everything okay. I encourage it!Last week I went to a cookbook release party at Border Grill and they had churros…in tot form! I was blown away by their cuteness–had to replicate it stat for you all.I basically made a tweaked and adjusted version of this pate a choux recipe. Se pune iar un strat de foi si tot asa, astfel incat ultimul strat sa fie de foi. Se unge cu unt deasupra, apoi se acopera cu folie de aluminiu si se da la cuptor, timp de o ora. Se caleste ceapa, apoi cand aceasta este aurie, se dauga un strop de apa si morcovul ras. Se calesc impreuna, apoi se adauga telina si carnea. Se prajeste pana cand carnea isi schimba culoarea, apoi se adauga sosul de rosii. Se topeste untul, apoi se adauga treptat faina, ca sa nu faca cocoloase.
