Camtasia - Accessibility Camtasia is a software application that allows a presenter to record what is being displayed on the computer monitor. The result is a screen cast — a video of a computer screen accompanied by an audio narration by the presenter. A screen cast is an effective way to demonstrate a process, a flow of information, or an idea. Accessibility Barriers Visual content will be inaccessible to users who are blind or have low vision and may be problematic for users of devices with small displays unless audio description is included. .Audio content will be inaccessible to users who are deaf or hard-of-hearing, users whose equipment does not support audio output, and users whose environment is not conducive to audio output unless captioning is included.The time required to download audio or audio/visual content may be extreme for users with a slow Internet connection.
