Resources to Create Online Quizzes As much as students would prefer no quizzes or tests, evaluation is part of the educational process just as evaluation and assessing is embedded in life. I often remind learners that even before a teacher steps into a classroom, they are already assessing the teacher - sound familiar? Evaluating, assessing, judging others are part of our social lives whether we accept that or not. On the other hand, learners do need feedback and regular pop-quizzes function as reminders of what they have achieved and what they still need to improve. Despite not being in favour of the over load of examinations which students have to endure in so many parts of the world, weekly or bi-weekly tests/quizzes are helpful to learners, contributing to their continuous assessment.
