Veille et recherche d’informations : quelles différences La veille, qui consiste globalement à mettre en surveillance des sources afin d’obtenir des informations nécessaires à la prise de décision, est un processus dont l’appellation est devenue générique, englobant un ensemble d’autres processus parfois distincts. Même si complémentaire, la recherche d’informations ne nécessite pas les mêmes approches (méthodologies, outils, processus) que la veille.
