(Ook hoogopgeleiden laten soms steken vallen omdat ze niet opletten of zaken uitstellen. (Blijft de acceptgiro dan nog liggen, dan volgt opnieuw een verhoging met 100 procent. (We weten dat niet iedereen beschikt over evenveel denkvermogen. (Dat is aangetoond in de marshmallowtest. (Uit gedragswetenschappelijk onderzoek weten we dat denkvermogen niet voldoende is voor redzaamheid. (De overheid moet hiermee rekening houden en mentale vermogens van burgers realistisch inschatten. (Burgers moeten erop kunnen vertrouwen dat de overheid hen niet over de rand duwt en dat momenten van onoplettendheid en zwakte geen ingrijpende gevolgen hebben. (Mensen met een approach-temperament zien moeilijke situaties onder ogen en komen in actie.

Niettemin zijn er ten aanzien van enkele onderwerpen nog altijd grote zorgen. Ten eerste zou de overheid meer moeten inzetten op (minderjarige) slachtoffers van binnenlandse mensenhandel. Een tweede punt van zorg is de kwetsbaarheid van de prostitutiebranche voor mensenhandel, waarbij klanten meer zouden moeten worden aangesproken op hun verantwoordelijkheid.
