MES English free printable flashcards, matching worksheets, bingo cards, games, activities, handouts and more There are 100+ sets of that I used to design curriculums for children ages 3-9 and 6-10. However, I use most of them up through to high school students and many with adults. See the left-hand menu for the current list of sets available. READ ME FIRST: These cards are excellent image quality and as such some of the files are quite large (1mb~4mb.) I suggest looking at the hand out first. About the flash card sets: There are some multilingual handouts in French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Italian, Russian, and Portuguese for teachers of other foreign languages. The pictures were all put together with children in mind. The printable flash cards and game cards do not have the vocabulary written on them. large flash cards do include articles at times. PowerPoint Flashcards and PowerPoint Presentations for teachers : These contain text in each slide. The power of bingo: I use the printable bingo cards quite often in class. The hand-out is something I'm a little proud of.
Free ESL Fun Games, Interactive Grammar & Vocabulary Games for Classrooms first lesson | ESLGamesBox This getting to know each other activity is simple to set up and works well for most levels above Beginner. Sketch or print out this template, I usually use two sides (10 topics). At the top of each row is a space for a topic title. Topics I use include: work, movies and TV, music, free time activities, whatever town you’re teaching in, sport, food, English, holidays, politics, technology, the environment, etc. Give a sheet to each student and go round the class brainstorming questions for each topic, invite students to write interesting questions on the sheet. When you have questions for each topic, put students in pairs and get them to interview each other using the question sheet. When the interviews have finished (for ten questions this might take around 30 minutes) get the students to report back to the class what they have found out about their partner and encourage further questions to be asked from the class when interesting nuggets of information emerge.
