I, for one,have tons to do, but I am looking forward to this day off to get everything in order. I have so much to be thankful for that I could never cover it all in one post. Let's just say I am thankful for everything.!! I did a really simple Re-Style project for this week, A quick and easy Pom Pom scarf, made from a Black T Shirt, ( a mess up from another project.) Inspiration. Blake Lively in a Tory Burch Scarf. Make it. Tutorial Things You Need ShirtPom Pom trimSewing machine or you could hand stitch it.Scissors Lay your shirt down flat and cut it straight across. Number 1 Scarf~ Cut open one side of the shirt, to make one long Strip. Number 2 Scarf ~ I cut open the other scarf the same way. this one, I only sewed the pom pom trim on each end. 2 scarves~ many looks Easy and inexpensive. 45 down 7 to go Click on the picture above for all the details about Project Re-Style Have a Super Day.

Lately, I’ve been seeing these hair donuts around, wondering what they could be used for, and after going to London, and having flat iron issues, I just said to heck with it and took a chance on the hair donut, and see if it a simpleton such as myself could figure it out. Low and behold, even with no instructions, figuring out the sock bun was super easy, and it took only a few seconds! You’ll need: One hair donut, two hair bands, a comb or brush, and some bobby pins. Put your hair in a ponytail Thread your ponytail through the hair donut Smooth your hair over the hair donut, distributing your hair evenly Put a second hair band over the hair donut Pin the extra hair around the bun And you’re done!

Yo ando por tierras eslovenas, pero tenía guardado este as bajo la manga para no dejar el blog abandonado y para aquellas que os quedáis en casa estas vacaciones podéis aprovechar para hacer alguna manualidad, costura, DIY... O como lo queráis llamar. Este collar se me ocurrió viendo fotos, creo que me inspiré en algunas de las fotos que van rulando por Pinterest, me encantó y creo que ha quedado bastante guay. Ahora se llevan muchísimo los collares grandes, los dorados y los plateados. Como siempre y para que no os perdáis ningún detalle, aquí os dejo el vídeo tutorial que muestra cómo hacer paso a paso este collar de tachuelas: make something monday :: ombré infinity scarf The ombré trend has stolen my heart this year as it has with so many of you I am sure. I can't resist the subtleness of it, so bohemian and soft. I bought some Rit dye earlier in the summer and had fun experimenting with a few projects and came away with this easy infinity scarf using only dye and an XL white t-shirt. Supplies: Rit dye - I used liquid rubber gloves XL white t-shirt bowl for dying scissors I followed the directions on the dye bottle and used a bowl in the kitchen sink. I then just dipped one half of the shirt into the dye going crosswise not up and down and let it sit for about ten minutes then nudged a little more of the shirt into the dye bath giving it a few minutes again. I set the shirt out to dry in the sun and then went ahead and ran it through the wash to get any excess dye out. Now all that was left to do was to cut off the bottom hem of the shirt and then the top. See that, easy as pie really. Hope you have a great day today, happy Monday friends! linking up here!
