
Salade vitaminée aux deux radis Après nos petites verrines avocat, clémentine, litchi, nous continuons à fêter le printemps avec cette salade haute en couleur, imaginée par votre Cocotte favorite… Du sucré-salé avec des radis noirs et roses (classiques), de l’orange, de la pomme, des raisins, des graines, quelques noisettes et une sauce toute simple pour accompagner le tout ! Nous nous sommes vraiment réééééééégalés, enjoy… Pour 4 personnes Préparation : 10 min -12 radis roses -1/2 radis noir -1 orange -1 poignée de raisins secs -1 pomme granny -1 poignée de noisettes -1 c à s de graines de Caro -2 c à s d’huile de noix -1 c à s d’huile de tournesol -sel Faites bouillir un tout petit peu d’eau (pour faire gonfler les raisins). Pendant ce temps enlevez les fanes des radis, épluchez le radis noir et coupez-les en fines rondelles. Bon appétit !

Note: The veggie prep requires a Pro-Slice veggie peeler, but these are pretty easy to find online, and with just a little more effort, can even be sourced second hand. If you’re lucky enough to be in possession of a Spiralizer, you’ll already be familiar with the ‘vegetable noodle’ concept. Main Ingredients: 2 zucchini 2 carrots 1 cup purple cabbage (thinly sliced) 1 1/2 cups white cabbage (thinly sliced) 1/4 cup green onion (sliced) peanuts (to garnish) cilantro (to garnish) Sauce Ingredients: 1/4 cup nut butter (almond or peanut) 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup tamari 1 tsp. crushed garlic 1 tsp. minced ginger (or finely chopped) 2 Tbsp. lime juice 1 Tbsp. agave 1/4 tsp. chili (optional) Using a Pro-Slice veggie peeler, shred the carrots and zucchini.
