Post-it War : une sélection des meilleures réalisations sur fenêtres Cet été la guerre des Post-it® a fait rage sur les fenêtres de bureaux parisiens quand les salariés de la société Ubisoft à Montreuil ont, pendant leur pause café, collé sur les fenêtres vitrées de leurs bureaux des personnages du cultissime jeux vidéo Space Invaders réalisés entièrement avec ces fameux pense-bêtes. Sur l’immeuble d’en face, les employés de BNP Paribas ont alors décidé de riposter à cette attaque armés de leurs Post-it. Le phénomène de « Pixel Art » « Post-it War » s’est alors propagé dans d’autres locaux parisiens et dans le reste de la France. Le phénomène restant marginal par rapport à la consommation totale des entreprises françaises en pense-bêtes, 3M, le fabricant de Post-it qui n’a pas voulu profiter de ce buzz pour faire sa propre pub, n’a pas connu une grande augmentation des vente cet été. Giant Doritos Vending Machine Doubles As SXSW Stage The SXSW Music Festival featured a special stage for performers in the form of a giant vending machine as part of Doritos‘ launch of their new “Jacked” tortilla chips. The Jacked Stage hosted a number of musical performances over the weekend including Snoop Dogg, The Cool Kids and Gemma Ray, and also served up product samples and prizes to festival-goers. The 56-foot-tall machine (50 times bigger than a standard vending machine) was created by Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, and featured real bags of Doritos with giant chips inside. The new Jacked chips, which will be available nationwide next week, are 40% bigger in size and thickness and come in two flavor combinations: Enchilada Supreme and Smoky Chipotle BBQ. Festival attendees were given the opportunity to earn large Doritos-branded quarters that could be inserted into the vending machine to redeem products and special prizes. Google announces 'Keep' note-taking app Google Keep, the note-taking and list-making app that briefly showed up in Drive earlier this week, is back for good. Google has just announced Keep in a blog post, launching it officially both on the web and on Android. The tool, which can be found at drive.google.com/keep or in the Play Store for Android 4.0 and up, is meant to replace physical notepads by giving users a quick place to jot down reminders or lists. Since it's on Drive, they'll sync across devices (unless, at least right now, you're on iOS or Windows Phone), and notes can be organized in multiple colors, then archived or deleted when they're no longer needed. Dedicated to-do enthusiasts will find this setup much like Evernote, and Google already integrates task lists into Gmail, though Tasks may well end up a victim of Google's next spring cleaning.
