Alors ce restaurant est vraiment particulier. En effet, son créateur Joost Baker un designer, l’a pensé, conçu et construit en ayant pour objectif le zéro déchet Et bien oui, ce restaurant a entièrement été pensé en commençant par la fin. Voici à quoi ressemble un Greenhouse restaurant temporaire : Sympa non ? Vous vous demandez surement ce qu’il a de spécial ce restaurant hormis sont look original ? Tout d’abord, comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo, le restaurant est conçu à partir de 3 conteneurs réaménagés. Les murs extérieurs quant à eux sont couverts d’un maillage de pots contenant des fraisiers.
Pasona Urban Farm pasona urban farm Located in downtown Tokyo, Pasona HQ is a nine story high, 215,000 square foot corporate office building for a Japanese recruitment company, Pasona Group. Instead of building a new structure from ground up, an existing 50 years old building was renovated, keeping its building envelope and superstructure. The project consists of a double-skin green facade, offices, an auditorium, cafeterias, a rooftop garden and most notably, urban farming facilities integrated within the building. The green space totals over 43,000 square feet with 200 species including fruits, vegetables and rice that are harvested, prepared and served at the cafeterias within the building. The double-skin green facade features seasonal flowers and orange trees planted within the 3' deep balconies. Besides creating a better work environment, Pasona also understands that in Japan opportunities for job placement into farming are very limited because of the steady decline of farming within the country.
Les objectifs de la ferme urbaine | Le début des haricots L'agricult ure urbaine et péri-urbaine désigne la production d'espèces végétales et animales sur le territoire urbain et en périphérie. A la suite des multiples crises alimentaires qui ont secouées l’Europe et la Belgique, l’agriculture urbaine souhaite répondre à la demande grandissante des citoyens qui désirent s'approvisionner en denrées alimentaires saines et produites dans le respect de l’environnement. La proximité de la production répond également à la demande de traçabilité des aliments par les consommateurs. Les retombées de l'agriculture urbaine sont à la fois d'ordre économique, environnemental et social. Le projet " Ferme urbaine " est la mise en place d’une exploitation en agriculture paysanne et biologique à Bruxelles visant à approvisionner de manière directe le consommateur (filière courte). Le projet vise à initier et à former des jeunes non qualifiés aux métiers agricoles et à l’entretien de jardins.
