Paisaje Transversal Ciudad Escuela. Un ensayo de pedagogía (urbana) en beta Posted by Adolfo Estalella on Sunday, April 26, 2015 · Leave a Comment El presente texto es el borrador de una conferencia pronunciada en el II Congreso Internacional del Maestro Investigador en la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, marzo de 2015 (Medellín, Colombia). En él hago un relato del proyecto Ciudad Escuela que desde 2013 desarrollamos junto a Basurama, Zuloark, Alfonso Sánchez UZábal y Domenico di Siena; un proyecto al que recientemente se ha incorporado también el colectivo n’UNDO. El artículo describe Ciudad Escuela como una infraestructura de aprendizaje que despliega las condiciones para experimentar y aprender nuevas formas de habitar la ciudad. Ciduad Escuela toma inspiración del software libre y de su ejercicio recursivo de apertura del conocimiento y propone un ensayo de lo que designamos como pedagogía urbana de código abierto. En el artículo describo dos proyectos de intervención urbana en Madrid que pugnan por reinventar nuestra manera de relacionarnos con la urbe.

Urgencia de nuevas políticas en la ciudad y el territorio, el Círculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid acogió este martes un debate para poner sobre la mesa las distintas iniciativas que se han de poner en marcha en la lucha contra el calentamiento global. En la charla, organizada por Club de Debates Urbanos y moderada por Antonio Serrano, presidente de la Asociación Interprofesional de Ordenación del Territorio (Fundicot), intervinieron la ex ministra de Medio Ambiente y miembro de la Global Ocean Commission Cristina Narbona, el arquitecto Fernando Prats y la Concejala del Área de Gobierno de Medio Ambiente y Movilidad del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, Inés Sabanés. Ok, while not a complete year (the firm began operations in mid-February), 2010 was a great start to TERRA.fluxus, with a number of highlights, projects, research, and exploration worthy of a recap. Rather than a chronological walk through the year, there are a number of themes to be captured within the projects and activities of the firm, which ranged through the west from Washington & Oregon to California, and included a wide variety of explorations of planning, design, and urbanism. Starting a business is hard. Green Above Ground The work in the realm of Veg.itecture was front and center for TERRA.fluxus in 2010, including over 40,000 s.f. of projects designed and/or installed in 2010, augmenting the total ecoroof square footage i’ve worked on over the years to well over three acres.
