Le ministre du redressement productif Arnaud Montebourg et sa ministre déléguée chargée de l'économie numérique Fleur Pellerin ont annoncé mardi soir diverses mesures (.pdf) "favorables à l'emploi et à l'investissement dans le secteur des télécoms". En fait, une sorte de plan de sauvegarde des acteurs installés face à la pression exercée par l'arrivée de Free Mobile, clairement mis sous contrôle. Parmi ces mesures, le gouvernement dit vouloir "définir d’ici janvier 2013, en concertation avec les acteurs de la filière et des associations de consommateurs, d’éventuelles évolutions réglementaires qui permettraient (...) la sécurisation juridique du modèle de subventionnement des terminaux". Visiblement, Bercy craint que Free n'ait juridiquement raison de porter plainte contre SFR, à qui il reproche de proposer "un crédit à la consommation déguisé", par le système des subventions des téléphones mobiles.
